WDIFY Operator Handbook

For: Alex  ·  You run this yourself now  ·  From: Luka / MNS

Everything you need to run the WDIFY caller yourself, no relaying through Luka. You control the campaign, the scripts, the pricing, and you see every call. A router auto-reviews any script change before it can go live, so you can move fast without breaking anything. You can even watch Mia practice against tough prospects and get coached before she touches a real lead. Sign in to the tools below with the access token you already have.

Your five tools

1. Control Panel

Open →
wdify.82-25-92-135.sslip.io

Start and pause the campaign, fire a test call to your own phone to hear Mia, and watch live status: dialed today, connects, bookings, cap remaining, and whether it is running.

2. Script Studio NEW

Open →
wdify.82-25-92-135.sslip.io/editor

Edit Mia's scripts yourself: the opener, the full call script, the service description, calling hours, the voicemail message, the SMS text, and the pricing wording. Press Review and save on any field and it is reviewed instantly, then either goes live or comes back with the reason plus a suggested better version you can accept in one click. This is the big one, no more sending script changes through Luka.

3. Call Review

Open →
wdify.82-25-92-135.sslip.io/calls

Every call Mia made: the full transcript, the recording, and the outcome. Use it to hear how she is handling real prospects and spot what to tune in the Script Studio.

4. Campaign Settings NEW

Open →
wdify.82-25-92-135.sslip.io/settings

Control the dials yourself: the daily cap (how many calls a day), and a niche and state filter (which leads Mia works). Set it, save, done. Every value is bounded for safety, so you cannot set anything that would break the dialer.

5. Practice Arena NEW

Open →
wdify.82-25-92-135.sslip.io/practice

Watch Mia spar tough, realistic prospects in live voice, then read her coaching, before she ever touches a real lead. She uses your exact script, so a practice run tells you exactly how she handles a busy skeptic, an objection, or a close. Each round gets harder. When it finishes you get her grade, her booking rate, her weakest area, the priority fixes to make, the recording of every round to listen to, and the full transcript. Nothing dials out. Run it, hear it, then tune the script in the Studio and run it again to see the grade climb.

Editing scripts (the Studio, in detail)

How the whole thing works

Your graded leads (A_ELITE + B_HOT from your queue) → Mia dials in paced batches during business hours → on a live answer she reveals the free site, holds the conversation, and books a 15-minute review → she texts the live link → if a prospect calls back, Mia answers branded and books them. You start or pause it, tune the script, and watch the outcomes.

Safety rails (so self-serve cannot cause a problem)

Starts pausedNothing dials until you press Play.
Daily cap + business hoursPaced batches, each lead in its own local 9 to 6 window.
Burn auto-pauseIf it dials into dead air, it stops itself and alerts.
Script gateNo script change goes live until it passes the review.

Where things stand

The road to running it fully on your own

Where you are, and where this goes.

1
Today: you run the operationScripts, pricing, the daily cap, the lead filters, start and pause, test calls, and every call recording. All self-serve, all guarded so nothing can break.
2
Next: your own dedicated instanceWhen you want the keys to everything, we stand up a WDIFY-only copy of the caller that is entirely yours: your engine, your numbers, your deploys, fully walled off from everyone else. You would be able to change the caller's behavior itself, not just the scripts, and run the whole thing solo on your project.
You have the keys. Run campaigns, tune the scripts, review the calls, practice Mia against tough prospects, all from the links above. Anything the router challenges comes back with a reason and a fix, and Luka gets a short heads-up per change. Questions, just ask.
